Refund and Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our product, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are considered final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of Bonnie Bio products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers, as personal care items cannot be resold once they have left our premises.

However, if you encounter an issue with your order, such as a defective product or an incorrect item being sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to assisting you in such cases. You can reach us at orders@bonniebio.co.za, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

1. Hygiene & Single-Use Products
Bonnie Bio products are designed for personal use and, in accordance with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA), cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless a defect is proven.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive any of the following:

*A damaged item,

*The wrong product,

*Or a product that fails to function as intended,

Please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement, as per your preference and in compliance with the CPA.


3. Subjective Results or Perceived Ineffectiveness
Refunds will not be issued based on subjective results or perceived ineffectiveness. This includes situations where:

*You feel the product “doesn’t work for you”,

*You “didn’t feel a difference”,

*Or the result was less than expected.


4. Change-of-Mind Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product package has been opened or the product has been used.

All refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strictly adhere to South African consumer law to protect both our valued customers and our business.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us without delay. We will evaluate the issue thoroughly and work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If your Bonnie Bio product is defective or incorrect:

*Contact orders@bonniebio.co.za within 2 days of receiving your order.

*Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

*We commit to responding to your inquiry within 48 hours.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You are eligible for an exchange if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us at orders@bonniebio.co.za, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the personal nature of Bonnie Bio products, the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers does not apply. Personal care goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons are exempt from this period once they have been unsealed.

Refunds
As all sales are generally final, please refer to the above policy regarding specific conditions for refunds. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@bonniebio.co.za within 2 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue. Remember to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
